Conveyor Side Liner

The Problem

UHMW has long been used for conveyor side liners. However, fastening the rails in a conventional manner can be cost-prohibitive for smaller companies. The cost of labor and lost production due to down time can be significant.

The Solution

By using a 1.5mm adhesive-backed UHMW tape, installation can be accomplished in minutes without ever taking out a screwdriver!

Once the surface has been properly cleaned, the UHMW material can be applied in one continuous strip, without any seams or catch points. This is critical in the food processing industry where seams or fastener heads could be deemed a contamination point. Also, when material is not sealed to the substrate, particles could get behind the strips.
