TlVAR® 88, recognized worldwide for its slick surface and high abrasion- and impact-resistant properties, can be welded to create a seamless, fastener-free custom-designed liner in bins, hoppers, chutes, silos, etc.

• Drop-in liner – TlVAR® 88 used in conjunction with an existing structure

• Framed-in liner - used in applications where TlVAR® 88, in conjunction with structural framework, can replace the original structure

• Replacement liner - used in applications where TlVAR® 88 alone can replace the original structure

Drop-in liners are fabricated to the exact inside dimensions of the existing structure and then “dropped” into the structure.
		Framed-in liners are fabricated inside a support frame and the entire piece is then installed as a replacement part in an existing structure.
Replacement “liners” are actually TIVAR® 88 fabricated pieces that completely replace sections of an existing structure such as the chute or hopper areas.
